Can I return the product?
If you have received your order and are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery.
The return will only be accepted as long as the product has not been used or assembled. It must be in its original packaging and not undergone changes. It must also have all its accessories and instructions for use.
The return costs will always be the responsibility of the customer, even if the order was made during a free shipping promotion. The return cost will be the equivalent of the shipping cost without discount or applicable promotions.
Returns of any product that has been totally or partially assembled, altered and / or used will not be accepted.
For reasons of hygiene, returns of fabric products (mattresses, protectors, sofa beds or textile bedding) shall not be accepted. With the exception of products which are defective in their manufacture.
To request the return of a product, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the detailed explanation of your case.
The agreed amount will be paid within a maximum period of 30 days after the product has been returned to Tavira Discount Warehouse, and once the condition of the product has been verified.
The refund will be made through the same method of payment through which the purchase was made.
