What guarantee do our products have?
Pursuant to Decree Law no. 67/2003 of 8 April, as amended by Decree-Law no. 84/2008 of 21 May. All products have a 2 year warranty from the time of delivery. This warranty is offered by the manufacturer.
TDW Furniture shall not be liable for damage resulting from:
- improper handling
- wear and tear
- improper installation
- installation other than that
- indicated in the manual
It is important to note that the types of incidents mentioned above invalidate the warranty. According to the above mentioned Law, the consumer must inform us about the nonconformity within 2 months of delivery.
In the event that the warranty is used, TDW Furniture will its use own discretion whether to opt for repair, replacement of the item, discount or return.
Can I return the product if it is damaged?
If the product is damaged when you receive it, you must write “damaged” on the delivery note. Then notify TDW Furniture in writing within 14 days of delivery.
If your product is defective or missing parts, send an email to email@example.com, again within 14 days of delivery. In your email, you must:
- explain the incident
- attach photographs that demonstrate the problem
- mark in the instruction manual any damaged or missing parts
- enter your order number and the product reference in the subject of the electronic mail
We will evaluate your case and determine whether the product is to be replaced or just the defective parts replaced. Alternatively another type of solution can be offered.
It is not possible to process the return if the damaged product has been totally or partially assembled, altered and/or used. This applies whether by the customer or by one of our assembly specialists. In this case, only defective parts will be replaced.
